Angela Renee Currin, 43, cosmotogist, a resident of Muskogee, OK; passed away, Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
Andrina's obituary (a special name for her)
The sun rose on Angela Renee` (Puckett) Currin on January 10, 1970 in Oklahoma City. She was the first born of Norman Lee and Cecilia Puckett. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at a young age at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.
Angela received her early education in the Oklahoma City Public School System. In 1989, she married Timothy Lynn Wright. To this, union four children were born: Timothy Clay Wright; Thomas Anthony (Samantha) Wright; Cyndal Renee (Sheldon) Wright; & DeAngelo Tivonne Wright. Angela received her cosmetology license in Columbia, S.C. in 1998. She worked as a cosmetologist for 14 years. Later in life Angela married her high school sweetheart Stoney Michael Currin. She spent her final years in marital bliss.
Throughout Angela's life she shared love and kindness to countless others. The sun set on Angela December 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her first born son, Timothy, by one year and her grandmother, Elnora Puckett, by three days. She left to cherish her beautiful memory her: husband, Stoney; sons, Thomas of Ft Hood, TX and DeAngelo of the home, James Currin, Mikeial Currin, and Stoney Currin Jr. of Oklahoma City, ; daughters Cyndal Wright & Toney Currin of Oklahoma City; father, Norman (Nichol) Puckett of Muskogee; mother, Cecilia Malishan of Oklahoma City; sisters Catherine Puckett (Dustin) Givens of Muskogee & Michelle Monique Puckett of Oklahoma City; brothers Norman Lee Puckett of Connecticut & Robert Derrick (Miya) Puckett of Redbird; 10 grandchildren, Carol, Destiny, Cyniah, Thomas Jr., Ceth, Antonio, Rajohn, Cencyre, , Zayiah, & Timothy; and a BANG of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Service of Memory will be conducted, Saturday, December 21, 2013, 1:00 p.m., Rayfield Baptist Church, 601 Indianapolis Street, Muskogee, OK; with rev. Leroy Walker, Sr. eulogizing.
Visitation will be Friday, 1 - 6 p.m.
The family has been cared for by Granger-House of Winn Funeral Home.
