Barbara Gail Toliver was born February 23, 1950 to Geneva Lamar Warrior and Jacob Toliver.

She attended Douglas Elementary School, Checotah High School and Connors State College. She retired from Green Country Mental Health in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Barbara accepted Christ at an early age at First Baptist Church in Checotah, OK; and later united with St. Mark Baptist Church in Muskogee, OK. At St. Mark, she loved her Pastor, sang in the choir and was a church nurse.

She loved going to garage sales, going out to eat with her special friends and enjoyed other activities.

She met and married Chauncey Warrior and to this union two sons were born. This marriage was later dissolved.

Those that preceded her in death are her mother, Geneva Warrior, her father, Jacob Toliver and sister, Patti Warrior.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Chauncey (Nicole) Warrior, Jr., Chesapeake, VA; and Ranzel (Shay) Warrior, Muskogee, OK; her sisters, Ann Toliver, Dallas, TX; Marilyn Toliver, Chicago, IL; and Cynthia Toliver, Muskogee, OK; granddaughters, Brianna and Chaunise a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, Paulette Jordan, Janice Kayhill, Edna Starks, Alberta Walker, her neighbors, Phyllis and Earl Tucker.

Barbara Toliver's wishes, "Happiness" A life of my own and the love of family filled with good thoughts.

My love for you will never end. I wish for you long life and a loving memory of me as a Mother, Sister, & Aunt. Remember to laugh, love and lots of memories.

A Service of Memory will be conducted Thursday, January 14, 2016, 11:00 a.m., St. Mark Baptist Church, 1020 S. 2nd Street, Muskogee, OK; with Rev. Rodger Cutler, eulogizing.
