A beautiful bouncing baby girl was born August 18, 1943 in Wagoner, Oklahoma to the proud parents of Moses and Osie Alexander Nelson, the second of five children.
Betty accepted Christ at an early age. Later in life Betty united with Deans Chapel Baptist Church, Muskogee, OK; under the direction of Rev. Don Dumas until she moved from Muskogee.
Betty attended Wagoner and Muskogee Public School systems. She was a hard worker and worked for more than thirty years for Corning Glass Company, even relocating with her husband, Conjurel to Parkersburg, West Virginia for 17 years when the company closed in Muskogee, OK.
Betty met and married the love of her life Conjurel Wilson and they were blessed to raise four children.
Betty loved working in her flower beds and she kept them looking immaculate. Betty will truly be missed by all that knew her and were apart of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Doris Nelson and Mose Jr. Nelson; 2 sons, Clifford Campbell and William Ike Campbell.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Conjurel Wilson of the home, children, Richella Edmondson Nelson of Broken Arrow, OK, Darryl (Corinth) Nelson, Tahlequah, OK, Everett (Renee) Nelson, Plano, TX, Conjurel Jr. (Crystal) Wilson, Tulsa, OK; Brother, Thurman (Eva) Nelson, Ft. Worth, TX; sister, Ruthie Mae (Irvin) Alexander, Dallas, TX; 3 special sisters in laws and brother in laws she cherished and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A Home Going Service is scheduled Wednesday, May 31, 2017, 12 noon, Precious Memories Chapel, 2200 Military Blvd., Muskogee, OK: with interment to follow in Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, OK.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations.
