Carmon LyTese "Tese" Brinkley passed away, Wednesday, April 23, 2014. She was born Aug 3, 1969 in Tulsa, OK; to Rev. Carolyn Stewart Gill and Charles E. Stewart Jr.

Carmon attended Catholic and Public schools and graduated in 1987 from Rogers High School.

Carmon was a charter member of the General Assembly First Born, where she was a proud member.

She is survived by her mother and father, Rev. Carolyn Stewart Gill and Charles E. Stewart Jr. Other survivors include her three children, Britnee LyTese Brinkley, LaSaunee Lytese Moss and Marcus Jamal Williams, brothers, Chad A. Stewart, Seatac, WA; Ghandi Scoggins, sisters, Estelle (Thursday) Tobie, Kenya Scoggins, Demetria (Shawn) Stewart, loving aunts, Mrs. Walter Bert Willis (aunt Berdie), Mrs. Norma McDaniel (Granny) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Service of Memory will be conducted, Saturday, May 3, 2014, 11:30 a.m., Shorter Chapel A.M.E. Church, with interment to follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home.
