Cicely Dyon Wilson was born July 20, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was one of five children born to Marva Hood and Kenneth Williams.

Mrs. Wilson accepted Christ at an early age under the guidance of Mae Edna Henry at AME Church. Later in life she joined and raised her family at First Baptist Church Central.

Cicely Attended Okmulgee Public School  and graduated from Edison Preparatory High School in 1999. She furthered her education at Oklahoma State University graduating in Early Childhood Development in 2003, and while attending OSU she joined the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Brandon Wilson,three children Jasmyn, Jordyn, and Jacob Wilson (Tulsa). Mother Marva Hood, father Kenneth Williams, stepfather Lamont Hood, and siblings; Brittane Hood, Lamasha Hood, Kwan Hood, and Lauren Hood. Also, dear to her heart, Daron and Ehrika Lord.

A Service of Memory will be conducted, Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. in First Baptist Church Central, 521 N. Central St.  with the Pastor Rev. P.W. Jackson Sr. eulogizing.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn cemetery, Okmulgee, OK.  Visitation, Friday in the Precious Memories Chapel of House of Winn Funeral Home, Okmulgee during the hours of 1:00 P.M. until 6 p.m.
