Clifford Eugene Hammon, Jr. AKA "Black", was born February 14, 1968 in Okmulgee, OK; to Clifford and Carolyn (Hicks) Hammon.
Clifford Jr. was a lifelong resident of Okmulgee. He was a graduate from Okmulgee High School Class of 1986. Following with a year of college at OSUIT. He worked at Okmulgee Terrace Nursing Home for many years. He had a passion to help others. Clifford also labored at Paragon Industries, Inc. of Sapulpa, OK.
As a youngster he received Christ as his personal Savior and was a faithful member at Macedonia Baptist Church. He served on the Usher Board, Youth Choir, etc. He reassured his faith in Christ later on in life and became a member at Eastside Baptist Church.
Clifford Jr. loved to sing, dance, fish, play dominos and make people laugh. He also had a passion for food eating until he was "stuffed."
He went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 4, 2021 in his home.
Preceding him in transition are his parents Clifford Hammon, Sr. and Carolyn (Hicks) Hammon, two daughters and a grandson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children Brandon Sr. (Jennifer) Hammon, Clifford III (Shateisha) Hammon all of Okmulgee, OK, Z'eagram Sr. (Justice) Hammon, OKC, OK, Chavez Barnett, Sisquo Barnett, Mylabu Barnett all of Tulsa, OK, Cannan Noriega, Meeka Fultz of Bethany, OK; two step sons Traderrice Lewis, Okmulgee, OK and Justyn (Jill) Flowers of Yukon, OK; sisters Donna Hammon and Crystal Hammon both of Okmulgee, OK and Renae Hammon of Atlanta, GA; nine grandchildren Za'Karia, Ja'Cari, Makiyah, Brandon, Jr., RossLynn, Ja'Bari, Z'eagram, Jr., Trayln and Kymbryn, nephews Ryan (Bianca) Smith Sr. and Blake Hammon, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A Service of Memory will be conducted, Saturday, September 11,2021 at 2:00 P.M. in Eastside Baptist Church, 219 N. Osage St., Okmulgee, OK with Pastor Marcus Jeffrey, eulogizing. Interment will follow in Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation, Friday, in the Precious Memories Chapel/House of Winn Funeral Home, during the hours of 1:00 P.M. to 5:00P.M.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee.
