Constance Marie Hardaway, 30, former resident of Muskogee, OK; transitioned into her heavenly home, Monday, December 21, 2015.
A Home Going Service will be conducted Monday, January 4, 2015, 1:00 p.m., Old Agency Baptist Church, 1115 N. 24th Street, Muskogee, OK; with Rev. Aundrea Jones, eulogizing. Interment will follow in Booker T. Washington Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations.
