Cynthia Mae Webb (Cindi) died on April 7, 2021 at the Maplewood Care Center in Tulsa, OK. Cindi was born on June 15, 1959 in Muskogee, OK the daughter of Arthur Lee Webb Jr. and Novella (Casey) Webb.

Cindi graduated from Muskogee High School Class of 1977. She lived most her life in Muskogee, OK where she was a lifelong member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Doris McBride, Carolyn Mure and Patricia Bowen. Surviving her are her sister Gwendolyn Shy and brothers Leon Webb, Roy Micheal Webb and Terry Webb, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, June 5, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 902 Rutherford St., Muskogee, OK with Rev. Dr. David L. Ragsdale, Jr. delivering the eulogy.

The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home-Muskogee.
