Dorothy Marie Fisher was born January 16, 1933 to Henry and Willie Mae Davis.  She was the eldest of 9 children.

Dorothy attended Dunbar High School in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  She met and married Arthur Fisher and to this union 7 children were born.

On Friday, October 24, 2025, Dorothy transitioned from this life with her family by her side.

Preceding her in death are her parents, siblings, Odell Davis, Henry Davis,  Mildred McBee, Nettie Lee Crawford and Pauline Davis, her children, Helen Lee and Alford Fisher.

She leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy of love, Arthur (Evelyn) Fisher, Willie (Darlene) Fisher, Coetta Marie Fisher, Joetta Parker and Eugene (LaTonya) Fisher, siblings, Josie (Edwin) Ferguson, Deloris Wright,  Jimmy (Evelyn) Davis along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss her.

A Home Going Celebration is scheduled Saturday, November 1, 2025, 11:00 a.m., Northwest Baptist Church, 10455 Smith Road, Okmulgee, OK; with Pastor Leroy Crawford, delivering the eulogy.  Interment will follow in Sharps Cemetery, Okmulgee, OK.

Visitation will be Friday, 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee
