On June 18, 1965 a handsome baby boy was born to the late Chauncy Lee Bush Sr. and Louella Bush, they named him Dwayne Anthony Bush.

The morning of February 10, 2022, Wayne was called home to be with the Lord at St. Francis hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his two grandmother's Louis Knight and Lonnie Jenkins; his father Chauncy Lee Bush, Sr. and also one aunt Willa B. Parker; uncle Ray Blaine Sr.; two brothers, Alonzo Bush Sr. and Denorvel Blaine Sr.

Wayne was a loveable, caring, friendly, kindhearted, hilarious person, he was a devoted son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, grandfather, and friend to many. He was the life of a party and he touched many people and was loved by many.

He also was a CNA until his health failed. He loved working with the elderly and he loved helping his family (NO DOUBT) and others as well. His favorite hobbies were magic, drawing, modeling, and dancing, he just loved doing tricks.

He graduated high school and graduated from Tarkio College, Kansas City, MO, as a medical assistant. He also graduated job corps as a culinary. Wayne was a member at Old Agency Baptist Church under Pastor A.H. and Marlene Jones, he was loved by the people he encountered at Church.

He leaves to mourn his loving, strong, God fearing mother Louella Gardenhire of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his three daughters Dominique Brown, Chaquitta Turner, both of Kansas City, MO, Senyel Cox, of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one grandson Jackson Turner; a god son Maurice Jackson both of Kansas City, MO; a very special friend JT of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his one and only sister Trina Simpson (Patrick) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one step sister Eunice Francis (Jamison) of Forth Worth, Texas; one brother Chauncy Lee Bush Jr. (Donna) of Kansas City, MO; eight special nieces Lucretia Curry (Marcus), Lashone Bush, Chekira Taylor Bush both of Kansas City, MO, Trina Curry of Atlanta, GA, Latasha Taylor of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Adalaya Bush, Dawnnetta Taylor, Elena Hill (Byron) of Kansas City, MO; nine special nephews, Charles Curry Jr., Cutean Curry Sr. (Kim), Antonie Wilson (Tierra), Antoine Wilson, Alonzo Bush Jr. all of Kansas City, MO, Sterling Curry (Gabby) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cutean Curry Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Alonzo Bush III of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Denorvel Blaine Jr., Muskogee, Oklahoma, cousins, Darnell Blaine (Sally) of Pecola, Oklahoma, Paul Flakes, Paula Flakes both of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Odessa Brown and her children of Kansas City, MO, Lisa Wilson, Kerry Hughes JO (Mike), Billy Wilson, Ray J. Blaine Jr., Iaisha Wilson all of Kansas City, MO, Antionette Jimerson, Hansel Gordon, Bobby Gordon all of Muskogee, Oklahoma.   A host of other relatives and friends!

A Service of Memory will be conducted Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00 pm in Timothy Baptist Church, 5530 W. Okmulgee St., Muskogee, OK with Pastor Aundrea Jones of Old Agency Baptist Church eulogizing.  Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery, Muskogee, OK.
