On February 24, 1951, J.W. and Geraldine Johnson welcomed and loved Everett G. Johnson into this beautiful world. Born and raised in Beggs, Oklahoma, Everett spent most of his time and love on the family Farm. He enjoyed, riding horses, tending the land, and spending time with his family.

As he got older, Everett spread his wings and ventured out into the world finding himself in Chicago, Illinois where he spent many years. He worked as a laborer in many different industries. He spent his time exploring life and embracing many long-lasting friendships.

Everett slipped into the Lord's embrace, Friday, November 8, 2024, in St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK; with family by his side at the age of 73.

Everett G. Johnson was welcomed home in heaven by his Parents, J.W. and Geraldine, his brothers, Jimmy Nash, Clyde Griffin, Gregory Johnson, (Twin) Edgar Dean Johnson, David Johnson, Warnell Johnson, JW Johnson Jr., and Jodi Johnson, and his sisters, Patricia Johnson and Ava Johnson. He is survived by his brother, Wendall Johnson Sr., his sister, Maxine Johnson, his longtime Life Partner, Wilma, and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.

With his loving personality, Everett was loved by all his family and friends and will be deeply missed.

A Home Going service is scheduled Friday, November 15, 2024, 1:00 p.m., St. Matthew Baptist Church, 1001 E. Chicago Street, Okmulgee, OK; with Rev. Larry Cato, offering Words of Comfort.  Interment will follow in New Post Oak Cemetery, Beggs, OK.

Visitation will be Thursday, 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
