George Earl Redd passed after a brief illness in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 6, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A native of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, George was a 1970 graduate of Okmulgee High School where he played football for the Okmulgee Bulldogs. George also played football for the famed Dunbar Tigers under the leadership of Mr. Elmer House.

George is survived by his siblings Rosa Rembert (Orrin), Kansas City, MO, Levada Redd, Roy Redd, Tulsa, OK and Sharon Redd Gregg (Tommie), Annandale, VA and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Home Going Service is scheduled Saturday, October 20, 2018, 11:00 a.m., Precious Memories Chapel, 607 E. Fifth St, Okmulgee, OK; interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Okmulgee, OK.

Visitation, Friday, October 19, 2018, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
