Jerry Paul Hughes, aka (Mad Jack), husband, father, "papa" brother, uncle and dear friend to many.
He was born May 24, 1962 in Yuba City, CA to Billy and Virginia Hughes. Step-parents, Harland and Trisha Rollins, Haskell, OK.
Jerry lived in Glenpool, OK most of his life but had settled in Tahlequah, OK.
Preceding him in death is his mother, one brother, grandparents, uncles and aunts.
A Service of Memory is scheduled, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church, Haskell, OK; with Bro. Gary McKeen, officiating. Cremation to follow.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations.
