John Henry
"Cody" Bryant Jr.
November 16, 1980 – July 10, 2019
A handsome baby boy was born November 16, 1980 to John and Edna Bryant. They named him John Henry Bryant Jr., family and friends called him "Cody" a nickname his grandpa Homer Sallis gave him.
Cody loved spending time with his mother, they shared a special mother and son bond. You would hardly ever see one without the other. He loved spending time with his family and going fishing, to rodeos with his cousins. Whenever you see him he had to be dress clean creased up jeans and shirt. He loved to drive clean cars and trucks with rims. Great Personality, loved to joke around and laugh. He was such a loving person. He had such a special bond with his sister's nephews, great niece and great nephew.
Cody graduated from Fort Gibson High School. At an early age he united with Four Mile Branch Baptist church. Cody would work with his father's business Bryant Concrete, where he loved acting like he's the boss.
Cody was called home to be with his heavenly Father. He said no more pain it's over now.
His father John Bryant, his grandparents on both sides, six uncles, two aunts and three first cousins preceded him in death.
Cody leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Edna Bryant, two sisters, Sherry LaQuita Sallis of Muskogee, OK, Tia Sallis of Ft. You never said I'm leaving
You never said goodbye.
You were gone before I knew it
And only God knows why.
A million times I needed you.
A million times I cried
If love alone could have saved you
You never would have died.
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
That no one could ever fill
It broke my heart to lose you
But you didn't go alone for part of me went with you.
The day God took you home.
I love you every time my heart beats.
Your Big Sis. Quita
