Kelvin Wayne Mitchell Jr, age 29, a resident of Okmulgee, OK transitioned Monday May 8, 2023 in Okmulgee, OK.
Public visitation will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 in the Precious Memories Chapel, House of Winn Funeral Home, 607 E. Fifth St., Okmulgee, OK during the hours of 12 noon until 5:00 p.m., cremation will follow. Inurnment will be on Friday, May 19th at 1:30 p.m. in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, OK.
