Lance Alexander Davis was born on March 15, 1981, in Claremore, Ok to Nellie Cecelia Jackson and Craig Steven Davis, and passed from this life on February 22, 2023. He was the oldest child to three brothers. He grew up in Tulsa, attending Union High school. He returned to school earning his associate degree in business from Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, KS.
To say that Lance was a free spirit would be a vast understatement. He marched to the beat of his own drum. Lance never did stop believing, even when faced with some of life's greatest challenges, he still managed to keep going with a smile, sparkling sense of humor, and unrivaled positivity. Ever the eternal optimist his joy was gained from the happiness of those he loved, and even that of complete strangers. He will be remembered most for that infectious smile of his.
Preceded in death by Grandparents, Uncles~ Grant Jackson III, Walter Jackson, Ronnie Jackson and Dale Kinnell.
Lance is survived by his Mother Nellie Jackson (Tulsa), Father, Craig Davis ( Dallas), Brothers, Jarran Craig Davis (JD)~ (Tulsa), John Stephen Jansen Davis (Arkansas), Michael Davis (Dallas) and Sister Alexis Renee Franchesca Davis. Niece, Jordan Nicole Hicks.
Aunts ~ Debra Jackson, Cheryl Jackson, Estella Lamfu, Michelle Woolfolk.
Uncles ~ Jerry Jackson, Raymond Jackson, Kirk Kinnel, Michael Marshall, Mitchell Marshall, and Charles Lamfu.
1st Cousins ~ Kina Jackson-Jordan, Richard Jackson Sr., Shantal Jackson-Keith, Kevin Jackson Sr., Jeffrey Davis Sr., DeToneya (Toni) Warrior, Christopher Jackson Sr., Jade Jackson, Jasmine Jackson-Gafney, Grant Jackson IV, Shawndae Jackson, Kendall Jackson, Shellana Morris, Hassan Murray Sr., Jerica Jackson, Jakari Jackson, Amber Jackson, Raymond Jacksons II , He also leaves to cherish in his memory his best friend Tyhesha Delaney, a host of cousins, family, and friends.
A Service of Memory will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023, 11:00 a.m., Precious Memories Chapel, 2200 Military Blvd, Muskogee, OK.
