Marland Tucker's Obituary
On November 6, 1961 ababy boy was born in Muskogee, OK; to Arcellious Johnson and Maybell Tucker, they named him Marland Lee.
Marland attended school in Tullahassee, OK; and he graduated high school in Tulsa, OK. He went on to pursue his education at Rogers State in Claremore, OK.
Marland moved back to Tullahassee to take care of his aunt, Sadie. He joined Fountain Baptist Church and was baptized under the leadership of Pastor Don Sells.
His parents, aunt Sadie, one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Dorquina (her mom, Iris Chancey), three granddaughters, Alexis, Asija and Brooke, one grandson, Isiah, three sisters, Cleo, Earnesatine and Edna, all of Tulsa, OK; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and two special friends, Benny Adams and Earl Jones.
A Service of Memory will be conducted Saturday, January 16, 2016, 11:00 a.m., House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations, chapel, 2200 Military Blvd. Muskogee, OK; with Minister Ray DeBose, eulogizing.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations.
