Monique T. Carter, 40, a resident of Okmulgee, OK; slipped the bonds of this earthly realm unto eternity, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in Hillcrest Healthcare System, Tulsa, OK.

Monique Tennille (McKinney) Carter was called to heaven too soon. Monique was born October 30, 1976 to Clifford and Loretta Reagan McKinney. Monique was a wonderful loving daughter and a blessing to her parents.

She attended Westside Elementary and graduated from Wilson High School. Monique attended Langston University, OSU, TCC & NSU. She was a Nurse Aide. Monique loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoyed listening to music and watching movies.

Monique was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and three uncles.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her parents, Clifford and Loretta McKinney, Grandmother, Juana McKinney, brothers; Clifford Jr., Chris (Dawn)McKinney, sister, Cynthia(Corey) Lee, Dallas, TX, nieces; Katelyn and Cameron McKinney, nephews; Michael, Christian and Caleb McKinney, Okmulgee, OK. Also her Aunt Rita Charleston, Independence, KS. Uncles; Donald Reagan, Wendell(Helena) Reagan, Okmulgee, OK.
Glen McKinney, Henryetta,OK. Wilbur McKinney,Oklahoma City, OK and a host of cousins and other relatives and good friends.

A Service of Memory will be conducted Saturday, December 3, 2016, 11:00 a.m., Precious Memories Chapel-Okmulgee, 607 E. Fifth Street, Okmulgee, OK.
