Nakisha Gandy- Green, 48, of Muskogee, OK entered into her eternal rest on May 9, 2024.  She was born to Cheryl Shine and Felix Gandy on July 2, 1975.

Nakisha attended Muskogee High School and later took classes at Indian Capital Vo-Tech Schools.

Nakisha worked for Volunteers of America in Muskogee until her health started to get the best of her. She loved going to church and hanging out with family and friends.

Nakisha passed away at a very young age in life 48 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cheryl Shine and Felix Gandy, her 2 uncles Terri Shine and Wayne Shine.

Nakisha will be forever cherished by her grandmothers Mrs. Ross and Mrs. Shine; 2 sisters Felicia Gandy and Geenka Gifford; 2 brothers Alfonso Shine and Chris Gandy, as well as a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday May 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Temple of Hope Church (Antioch) 500 W. Broadway Muskogee, OK. with Pastor Marlon Coleman delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Booker T. Washington Cemetery Muskogee, OK. Visitation Friday, 1:00-4:00 p.m.
