Nina "Peaches" Adams' Obituary
On a beautiful Spring morning, April 9, 1955, a lovely baby girl was born to Vernard Lee and Verna Mae (McBath) Lee in Muskogee, OK.
Nina was the first child born to this union. Nina graduated from the historic Manual Training High School, Muskogee, OK; with the Class of 1972.
Nina accepted Christ at an early age and she united with Shiloh Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Van Brown.
On October 3, 2018, Nina transitioned in to Heaven.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernard and Verna Mae Lee and daughter, Jacqueline Lee.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Donnie Adams (Christina), Grand Prairie, TX; and Tiffany Adams (Christina), Muskogee, OK; three sisters, Joyce Lollis (Danny), Debra Lee (Johnny), Vicky Cherry (Martin), all of Muskogee, OK; and one brother, Michael Lee (Linda), Muskogee, OK; her grandchildren, Nina Lee, Trina Lee, Jason Lee, Crystal Lee, Charles Marshall Lee, Raven Adams, Naseem Adams, Laila Adams and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Home Going Service is scheduled, Tuesday, October 9, 2018, 11:00 a.m., Timothy Baptist Church, 5530 W. Okmulgee, Muskogee, OK; with interment to follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Vian, OK.
Visitation will be Monday, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
