Paul Napoleon Cullom III, was born December 18, 1975 to the proud parents, Paul Napoleon, Jr. and Nellie Jean (Cowans) Cullom in Tulsa, OK.

Paul attended Broken Arrow public Schools.  He moved to Springfield, MO; where he graduated form Kickapoo High School.  He attended college at Southwest Missouri State, Springfield, MO; for business administration.

Paul was an avid bowler.  He worked at a bowling alley at the tender age of sixteen until he reached adulthood.  Paul was a people person, if you wanted anything he had, you could get it.

Paul went home to be with the Lord, April 26, 2017.

Preceding him in death are his grandfathers, James Grant and Paul Cullom, Sr., his mother, Nellie, aunts, Teresa Cullom and Joan Hudson.

Those left to cherish his memory include, his father, Paul N. (Mary) Cullom, Jr., Wagoner, OK; paternal grandmother, Willie Jean Cullom, Muskogee, OK; maternal grandmother, Betty Jewel Grant, Okmulgee, OK; step-sister, Doretha (Kenneth) Lee, Gibson Station, OK; step-brothers, Shawn (Shymekia) Adams, Muskogee, OK; Eric (Bill) Wills, McAlester, OK; his favorite nephew, Joshua Zion Lee, aunts, Mae Stevenson, Muskogee, OK; Juanelda Lee, Taft, OK; June Marie Powell, Okmulgee, OK; uncles, Warren G. Hurd, Jr., California and Larry (Barbara) Massey, Dallas, TX; along with a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him.


A Home Going Service will be conducted Wednesday, May 3, 2017, 11:00 a.m., Precious Memories Chapel-Muskogee, 2200 Military Blvd., Muskogee, OK; with Rev. Kenneth Lee, eulogizing.  Interment will follow in Doyle Cemetery, Yahola, OK.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
