Romie Leonard Rose was born June 24, 1956 to Lewis and Idella in Chicago, IL. He was educated in Chicago Public School systems.

After graduation, Romie enlisted in the United States Marie Corp, where he was honorably discharged.

Romie accepted Christ in his life at an early age. He departed this life on Saturday, October 17, 2020. He was preceded in death by both parents Lewis and Idella, along with his older brother Albert.

He leaves to cherish his memory Christina Butler, Muskogee, OK, four children Michael and Dawayne (Victoria) Chicago, IL, and Christopher and Micah, Muskogee, OK; two sisters Linda Dyer, Muskogee, OK and Rene' Bowman, Chicago, IL; three brothers Robert Dyer, Jacksonville, NC, Eugene Bridges (Dorothy), South Holland, IL, and Kevin Dyer, Kokomo, IN; one aunt Johnnie B. Gray, Rockford, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be conducted Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 12:00 Noon, House of Winn Precious Memories Chapel, 2200 Military Blvd, Muskogee, OK.

MASKS are MANDATORY at all SERVICES.

The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home-Muskogee.
