Rowcita Gist Draper was born on February 25, 1946 to Edward and Louella Gist in Haskell OK. Rowcita received Christ as her savior at an early age. She is a member of Berean Seventh Day Adventist Church. Rowcita was a loving and devoted wife to James Edward Draper Sr, they meet in 1962 and was married for 54 years.

She is preceded in death by her Father Edward Gist and Mother Louella Gist and her sister Willie Mae Armstead.

Rowcita leaves behind her husband James E Draper Sr, 5 children, Kathy Ann Davis, Reta Yvonne Draper, Myrtle Louella Moit, Regina Kay Lewis, James Draper Jr (Jimmy), 14 grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, 3 great greatgrandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Home Going Celebration will be conducted, Friday, August 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in First Baptist Church, 1401 N. Haskell Blvd.,  Haskell, OK  with Pastor Billy Green of Seventh Day Adventist Church-Muskogee, eulogizing.  Interment will follow in Haskell Cemetery, Haskell, OK.  Visitation, Thursday in Precious Memories Chapel of House of Winn Funeral Home-Muskogee, during the hours of 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL SERVICES.
