Sammy J. Norwood, age 92, a long time resident of Okmulgee and U.S. Army veteran, transitioned, Sunday, July 25,2021 in St Francis Medical Center-Tulsa.
Graveside rites, Wednesday, July 28,2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Ft Gibson National cemetery. No visitation, the family requests, casket remain closed.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee.
