Sylvester Polk, age 66, a long time resident of Okmulgee, OK, transitioned in his home, Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Public visitation ONLY will be Saturday, January 8, 2022, in the Precious Memories Chapel/House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee, during the hours of 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with cremation to follow.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home-Okmulgee.
