Theodore F. Crutchfield, 97, Army veteran, and a long time resident of Okmulgee, OK; slipped the bonds of this earthly realm onto eternity on Sunday, August 14, 2016 in Ardmore Veterans Center, Ardmore, OK.
Graveside rites are scheduled for Friday, August 19, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, OK. with Chaplain Forrest Kirk, eulogizing. Military Honors by Ft Sill Honors team.
Visitation will be Thursday in the Okmulgee chapel, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home, Okmulgee, OK.
