Tommy Wilson Starr, age 79, transitioned, Friday, July 24, 2020 in St John Medical Center,  Tulsa,OK.

On April 11, 1941 a baby boy was born to Emory Tommy Wilson and Kate Bernice Vann. That child's name was Emery Tommy Vann. Tommy was given to Alice and Houston Starr the age of two months. His name was legally changed to Tommy Wilson Starr at the age of 16. He attended Winthrow high school and graduated in 1959. Tommy enlisted in the Navy reserves in 1958 and was discharged in 1964. Tommy met Josephine Davis at a very young age and married and out of that marriage came four children. They were married for 16 years. Tommy then married Virginia Redman. They were married 16 years. Then Tommy wed Valeta Alexander. They were married for 16 years. He married Michelle Wyatt for 8 and a half years after they dated for 11 years. Tommy then married Janelle Norton.  He was preceded in death by Josephine and Morning Starr, Virginia Starr and Michelle Starr. He leaves behind 10 children, five siblings and a wife at home along with a host of grand and great grandchildren.

Service of Memory will be conducted Monday, August 3, 2020, 12 noon, Precious Memories Chapel, House of Winn Funeral Home, 2200 Military Blvd, Muskogee, OK.  Interment will be at 2:00 p.m., Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, OK.

Visitation, Sunday, August 2, 2020, 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

MASKS MANDATORY with maximum occupancy of 50 mourners at all services.
