Vernon Briscoe, age 91, a resident of Muskogee, answered the masters call, Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 in Eastgate Village Retirement Center.
A Service of Memory is scheduled for Monday, February 22, 2016, 2:00 P.M., Precious Memories Chapel, House of Winn Funeral Home, Muskogee, OK. Viewing will be 1 hour prior to service.
Mr. Briscoe is survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home & Cremations, Muskogee, OK
