On December 22, 1954 Vincent Jr. was born to the union of Vincent Sr. and Mary Lois Wiley.

Vincent attended school in Washington and C.E. Durant in Stillwater, OK. After graduating he continued his education at Central State College earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Soon after earning his degree he moved to California.

Vincent professed a love for Christ at an early age. He became a member of the Church of God in Christ. He served in many capacities, but was noted as a choir member and Junior Sunday school teacher. Vincent was respectful and a faithful member of Lawson Temple C.O.G.I.C.

Vincent would meet and marry the love of his life, Faye Boone. Three children were born, Rachel, Simone and Phillip. Vincent was a loving husband to his wife and a caring father to his children.

On June 17, 2016 the Lord called him on to Glory.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Wiley, Sr., wife, Fay Wiley, sister, Christine McGlory and niece, Amy Welling.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, Rachel, Simone and Phillip Wiley, his mother, Mary L. Wiley, Clifton Wiley, Pannell Wiley, Timothy Wiley and Larry Herndon, along with a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and many, many friends.

A Home Going service is scheduled for Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Eastside Church of God In Christ, 1516 Martin Luther King, Okmulgee, OK. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Okmulgee, OK.

Visitation will be Monday, June 27, 2016, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
